How much does it cost per year for the space occupied by an upright piano in Hong Kong?

HK rents are still sky high, despite a small drop. Currently the space an upright piano takes up (0.75m2 or 8.1 sq ft) costs me 4500 HKD per year, or about £450 or 585 USD. So in ten years that's a crazy 5850 USD!
