Crazy cheap- MS Flight Simulator for HKD10 (less than 2 USD) on Microsoft Xbox Games Pass for PC special offer in Hong Kong and only one pound in UK!
Get it before Microsoft change their minds! HKD10 or one pound for first month, then 39HK or 3.99 GBP.
Also includes No Man's Sky VR version.
Sadly I can't get Alien Isolation to work with motherVR and Hellblade does not seem to have the VR version on Xbox Games pas for PC.

How much does it cost per year for the space occupied by an upright piano in Hong Kong?
HK rents are still sky high, despite a small drop. Currently the space an upright piano takes up (0.75m2 or 8.1 sq ft) costs me 4500 HKD per year, or about £450 or 585 USD. So in ten years that's a crazy 5850 USD!

Mask wearing death rates updated
The top 5 worst hit covid countries right now are Belgium, UK,Spain, Italy and Sweden with deaths per million population from 561 (Sweden) to 846 (Belgium). The highest death rates in a mask wearing country is 8 (Japan) and 6 (S Korea). Sweden has a social distance culture so falsely thought they would have a low death rate. So it looks like wearing a mask gives a 100 times better death rate if everyone does it than just relying on social distancing. Or maybe it is the culture -in Asia the virus is taken more seriously than elsewhere. Or perhaps it is the weather. Or use of technology to track and trace contacts. Or all 4.
