HK rents are still sky high, despite a small drop. Currently the space an upright piano takes up (0.75m2 or 8.1 sq ft) costs me 4500 HKD per year, or about £450 or 585 USD. So in ten years that's a crazy 5850 USD!

The highest death rates in a mask wearing country is 8 (Japan) and 6 (S Korea). Sweden has a social distance culture so falsely thought they would have a low death rate. So it looks like wearing a mask gives a 100 times better death rate if everyone does it than just relying on social distancing. Or maybe it is the culture -in Asia the virus is taken more seriously than elsewhere. Or perhaps it is the weather. Or use of technology to track and trace contacts. Or all 4.
