Instead of getting stressed about how shite this year is/has been just sleep 30% more than normal if possible. 1. You live longer 2. You stay looking young longer 3. Your immune system is strengthened and so makes you less likely to suffer from you know what 4. The shite year passes a lot faster 5. You spend less possible time spreading the virus or wasting time on Facebook
